5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to our Services are owned by Labs or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.
5.2 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or store using our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Payment, Billing, and Taxes
6.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
6.2 Subscription Plans
Our Services may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified) until you cancel your subscription.
6.3 Pricing and Fees
Pricing for our Services is available on our Pricing page and within each product. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
6.4 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) as required under Indian tax law. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of our Services. Taxes will be added to your invoice as applicable.
6.5 Renewals
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for the renewal period.
6.6 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. We will attempt to notify you of failed payments and provide an opportunity to update your payment information.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Services until that time.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labs, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Any other intangible losses
arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is less.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
We do not warrant that our Services will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your Content
11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings or by contacting our support team at .

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees

11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete Your Content and account data in accordance with our data retention policies. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in , India.
