3.3 Free Trial Conversions

4. Access Delivery Methods

5.3 Payment Failed But Amount Debited

If your payment failed but the amount was debited from your account:

  • Contact our support team with your transaction details, and we will coordinate with Razorpay to expedite resolution

6. No Physical Shipping

We want to make it absolutely clear that:

  • We do not ship any physical products
  • We do not provide courier or postal delivery
  • All our Services are 100% digital and delivered online
  • There are no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses required

Your "delivery" is the activation of your online account and access to our cloud-based Services.

7. Service Availability

7.1 24/7 Access

Once delivered, our Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)
  • Emergency maintenance or technical issues
  • Your subscription remaining active and paid
