How Billing Works

We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Paddle, Dodo Payments) to handle payments for our SaaS products. These gateways support multiple payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards and, where supported, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Available payment methods depend on the payment processor and your region.

What to Expect

  • Secure Transactions: All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
  • Company Name on Statements: When you make a payment, you may see "Hiraki Labs (OPC) Private Limited" or "Hiraki" on your bank or card statements.
  • Billing Frequency: Depending on your subscription plan, you may be billed monthly, annually, or on a one-time basis. Detailed billing information will be shown in-app for each product.
  • Invoices and Receipts: You will receive invoices and receipts via email for all transactions.
