Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: January 2025

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the terms and conditions under which ("we", "our", "us") may issue refunds or process cancellations for our SaaS products and digital services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Nature of Our Services

Our Services are digital SaaS products delivered electronically over the internet. There are no physical goods involved. Access to our Services is provided on a subscription basis (monthly, annual, or other billing periods) or through one-time purchases, depending on the product and plan you choose.

2. Free Trials and Demo Accounts

We may offer free trials or demo accounts for certain Services. These allow you to evaluate the product before committing to a paid subscription. Details about trial periods, including duration and limitations, will be clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up.

You will not be charged during a free trial unless you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you may be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellations

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to the subscription management or settings page
  • Contacting our support team at

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to the Services until the end of the paid period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in this Policy

3.3 No Partial-Period Refunds

As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription halfway through the month, you will retain access until the end of that month, but you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.

4. Refund Eligibility

While we generally do not offer refunds for digital services once access has been granted, we may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, or if you were charged in error (e.g., after canceling your subscription), we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge(s).

4.2 Technical Issues Preventing Service Access

If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the Services, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. You must report the issue to our support team at and allow us a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem before requesting a refund.

4.3 Accidental Charges

If you were charged accidentally (e.g., you did not intend to subscribe or renew, and you did not use the Services during the charged period), you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

4.4 Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are dissatisfied with our Services, we encourage you to:

  • Use any available free trial or demo period to evaluate the product before subscribing
  • Contact our support team to address any concerns or issues
  • Cancel your subscription before the next billing period

In general, dissatisfaction alone is not grounds for a refund after the billing period has started. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly for first-time subscribers within 7 days of the initial charge, provided minimal or no usage of the Services has occurred.

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge in question
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • Any relevant supporting information (e.g., screenshots, error messages)

5.2 Review and Response

We will review your refund request and respond within 5–7 business days. Our decision will be based on the circumstances of your request, the terms of this Policy, and our Terms of Service.

5.3 Refund Method

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method you used (e.g., the credit/debit card or payment account used for the transaction). Refunds are processed via Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.

5.4 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and initiated, it may take:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or card statement
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or other financial institutions.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after subscribing or making a purchase
  • You did not cancel your subscription before the renewal date
  • You violated our Terms of Service, resulting in account suspension or termination
  • You used the Services extensively during the billing period
  • You failed to take advantage of available free trials or demo periods
  • The request is made after 30 days from the date of the charge (except in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges)

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services
  • Pursue the reversal of the chargeback if we believe it was made in error

We strongly encourage you to contact us at to resolve any billing or refund concerns before initiating a chargeback.

8. Taxes and Fees

If a refund is issued, the refunded amount will typically include any applicable taxes (such as GST) that were charged with the original transaction. However, payment processing fees charged by third parties (e.g., Razorpay, banks) are generally non-refundable.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Policy on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending you an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of our Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
